Our continuing investment in staff and commitment to remaining climate positive helped us achieve B Corp certification in 2022 - more evidence of our culture of doing good wherever we can.

Becoming a B Corp is a rigorous process. As a member, we are legally required to meet the highest standards of social and environmental performance. This means considering the impact of our actions on our people, customers, suppliers, community and the environment. It's how we're showing the world that business can (and should) be a force for good.

We believe that when a business' culture is right, the things they make are right too. We can't give our customers the right experience if we're not able to give our team the right experience either. We've created an open, supportive and collaborative culture that reaches into everything we do.

We believe we have a responsibility to the planet as much as we do to its people. We're already a carbon positive company and we're committed to remaining so - but there's more that we can do to reduce our impact on the environment.
